STRYMON Riverside Multistage Drive Pedal

The Riverside is the result of Strymon’s exhaustive testing and analysis of the most successful analog and tube drive circuits, culminating in a pedal that mixes an all-analog JFET front end and output with digital gain-stages which tune themselves to get you the best sound at any level of gain. This pedal features a low gain and high gain channel, ensuring you can get a killer sound at any gig while the built-in noise gate keeps things nice and controlled when you kick things into high gear. The Push switch gives you the ability to push the mid-EQ harder in the later gain stages which is great for giving you a huge drive tone or just pushing an amp harder, while the Presence switch allows you to tailor the top end of your tone to whatever rig you’re running through. Riverside also has a number of features hiding just under the hood like the ability to connect an expression pedal to morph multiple parameters or control the volume, the ability to connect an external footswitch which allows you to activate an extra +6dB boost, as well as the ability to save whatever combo of settings you have as a Favourite preset which is able to be recalled at any time.
