The 00-X2E Cocobolo is a smaller body acoustic-electric featuring a hand-rubbed satin spruce top and eye-catching cocobolo pattern high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides for added durability and looks, without sacrificing that classic Martin tone. Equipped with the Martin E-1 electronics, this pickup has a built-in tuner & preamp Tone/Volume controls mounted all on the perimeter of the soundhole. This simple design eliminates the need to rout out the side of the guitar. The 00-X2E Cocobolo provides clear trebles complemented with warm bass, unplugged or plugged in, letting you play how you want, wherever you want. All X Series models come with a softshell case featuring headstock, bridge and endpin protectors, a durable water-repellent exterior, and tough foam padding, this guitar is ready to follow wherever you go.
