GARRAHAND Melodic Drum

This unique electro-acoustic instrument has been constructed after many years of design and development, specifically built to give drummers and percussionists a melodic drum, rich with enchanting, beautiful tones. The Garrahand features 7 tuneable notes, which can be fine tuned using a guitar tuner and is amplified acoustically by the specially designed resonator base or simply by plugging into any amplifier or sound system using the internal microphone. The Garrahand now features both low and high outputs (line and XLR) and an internal Direct Input (DI) box circuit. And just to make performing easier, a volume output control is also included. The Garrahand is played by hand (or mallets) and can be mounted from any cymbal stand to be easily incorporated into any drumkit or percussion set up or just placed on your lap. This amazing instrument can be played by itself or in pairs and tuned chromatically or with your own unique tuning scales. The Garrahand is perfect for solo sound exploration or as a complimenting instrument. The options are endless!
