DARKGLASS ELECTRONICS Exponent 500W Bass Amp

The Darkglass Electronics Exponent 500 is a modern twist on the ultra-clean amplifier, specifically a 500W analog amplifier with a whole bunch of tone hiding just beneath the surface. This amp is packed full of all the technologies that Darkglass has been perfecting since its inception; under the hood it’s actually a full on multi-effects unit with all of the renown Darkglass effects from the B7K and the Alpha Omega all the way to the newer pitch effects. Using the Darkglass Suite (either via USB or Bluetooth) you can create 5 distinct presets which you can cycle through using one of the buttons on the front, with 5 of the knobs on the front being assignable to any of the parameters in your signal chain. Using the USB-C port on the back not only gives you access to the Darkglass Suite but it also unlocks the Exponent’s audio interface capabilities, allowing you to record directly into your computer. This amp features an effects loop in-case you need more effects than what’s in the box, a direct XLR out so you can go straight to the desk at a gig, and also 6.3mm headphone jack out so you can practice quietly if you need to keep things a little quieter.
